A minibus isn't treated like a coach

Airports sort vehicles by size, so where you meet your driver depends on what you've booked. Manchester sends minibuses of 16 seats or fewer to the over-height parking at Terminals 2 and 3 for pickups. Bristol sends them to its Minibus/Over Height car park, and Luton's Drop Off and Pick Up Zone takes minibuses of up to 19 seats. Coaches go elsewhere.

Rules worth knowing

Heathrow's West Ramp Coach Park is open 06:00-22:00 every day; coaches may wait there no more than 30 minutes before their pick-up time
At Gatwick, vehicles with more than eight seats collecting passengers use the coach park on the South Terminal ring road, with a permit for up to three hours
Cars with 8 or fewer passenger seats are private hire vehicles, licensed by the local council or, in London, by TfL

What to send us

Flight numbers, landing times and a headcount, plus a word on luggage, because suitcases, golf bags and pushchairs all take room. If people are arriving on different flights, list each one.

Will the driver wait at the terminal door?

Rarely. Most airports keep the kerb for loading only, so the vehicle waits in a car park or coach park until you're ready.

What if our flight is late?

Give us the flight number so the operator can follow the landing time, and tell us about any change to the flight as early as you can.

Can we book the return at the same time?

Yes. Put the flight home in the same request and the quote covers both journeys.
