Birmingham Minibus Hire for Groups and Days Out
Birmingham sits in the middle of everything. Stratford, Warwick, the Cotswolds and the Black Country are all close, and the NEC is right beside the airport. Book a driven minibus and your group can see several of them without anyone drawing the short straw and driving.
The Clean Air Zone and your minibus
Everything inside the A4540 Middleway ring road sits in Birmingham's Clean Air Zone, though the Middleway itself doesn't. It runs day and night, all year, and because it's a Class D zone, minibuses are included: a diesel needs Euro 6 and a petrol Euro 4, or a daily charge applies.
Asking for a compliant vehicle when you book takes the question off the table, and it's exactly the sort of detail we'll check with the operator for you.

Stopping for shows, shopping and markets
The city has named drop-off and collection points close to the places groups tend to go. Heading to the Hippodrome? Inge Street is the spot. Shopping at the Bullring markets? Dudley Street. Knowing the right street in advance makes the end of a show much calmer.
When the vehicle needs somewhere to wait for several hours, the Brewery Street coach park near the M6 has 32 spaces, driver facilities and no height limit, but spaces must be booked ahead.

Birmingham Airport and the NEC
Count on roughly 25 minutes from the airport to Victoria Square when roads are clear, about 15 miles via the M42, M6 and A38(M). The A45 looks shorter on the map but is usually slower.
The airport's Comet Road access lane is for coaches only, so a minibus meets you through the airport's other drop-off and pick-up areas, and red routes mean nobody can simply pull over on the approach. Groups coming down from the north can take the M6toll for a quick run to the NEC, paying by contactless card at the barrier.
Shakespeare country and further afield
Warwick Castle and Stratford-upon-Avon are each under an hour away, and they pair nicely in a single day. Ironbridge Gorge, Alton Towers and Bourton-on-the-Water each fill a day on their own.
Your questions
Do we pay the Clean Air Zone charge ourselves?
No. The zone charges vehicles that miss the emissions standard, and we ask the operator for one that meets it when we arrange your trip.
Can we see Warwick Castle and Stratford on the same day?
Yes. Both sit within about 45 minutes of the city, so a castle morning and an afternoon by the Avon is a comfortable plan.
Can the minibus pick us up at the NEC after a show at bp pulse LIVE?
Yes. The arena is on the NEC campus beside the airport; agree a meeting point with your driver before the show so you're not searching the car parks afterwards.
